At the beginning of May, after more than four years of development, the first customer airplane was handed over to its customer. The experienced pilot gets along very well already and he is exited: “Now I understand well, why the development of the Archaeopteryx took four years. It is perfect”. For the third flight he already selected to foot launch from the mountain. And in his sixth flight he competed in the World Championships for Class 2 Hanggliders and won the first task.
A further Archaeopteryx is in the process of final assembly and is to be shipped well packed to Australia in few weeks.
